The distillation of a gin takes place in three phases – the Heads, the Tails and the Hearts. The Heads and Tails are the beginning and end of the distillation and, for this reason, generally excluded in the production of Gin.
It is from the careful redistillation of the mixture resulting from Heads and Tails that this gin emerges – the combination of all the congeners, flavors and aromas left behind.
This is an edition of our traditional Heads & Tails infused with wild berries. Its natural color obtained from the fruit may change over time. Don't be alarmed, as the flavor will always be the same until the last drop.
