A gin that honors our passion as experimenters. The second edition of an internship experience in Port wine barrels.

GinT 2021 is our Red GinT that aged for 10 months in a Port Wine barrel. This is a limited collector's edition of 289 numbered bottles.

The barrel in which the Port wine aged was used to age a 2015 Tawny Port wine from Bulas Wine estates.
