Handcrafted, Fonte das Pias Gourmet Madeira Wine Jelly combines the intense, aromatic character of traditional Madeira wine with the delicacy of a gourmet jelly, resulting in a sophisticated accompaniment full of personality.

It is the first and only Madeira Wine Jelly certified by IVBAM – the Madeira Wine, Embroidery and Handicraft Institute – highlighting the authenticity and tradition of this regional product.

Perfect as an accompaniment

Try it with aged or creamy cheeses, charcuterie boards, meats, pâtés, and appetizers . It can also be used to add a special touch to desserts or simply enjoyed with bread or crackers.

Ingredients: Madeira wine, sugar, gelling agent (pectin) and cinnamon.
Prepared with: 66 g of wine per 100 g.
