Olive Oil Caviar with Wasabi

Description

Spheres approximately 4–5 mm in diameter, containing virgin olive oil and wasabi, that burst in the mouth. Yellow pearls with the flavour and aroma of wasabi. The characteristic wasabi aroma that rises through the nose is clearly present, yet much more controlled and milder than wasabi paste. An ideal ingredient for adding a spicy, refreshing touch to your dishes. Recommended for sushi, fish, seafood, rice, pizza, pasta, nuts, ice cream, and chocolate.
